Rapp's Claire Billings to join MEC as marketing director
MEC has strengthened its new business and marketing team with the appointment of Claire Billings to the newly created role of UK marketing director.
She will be responsible for all internal and external communications and will be working to increase awareness of the agency's vision and progress in data, digital and strategy.
Billings arrives from Rapp, where she was head of marketing and communications.She previously worked at Publicis Chemistry, prior to which she was a journalist for several publications including Campaign, Marketing and Shots.
Commenting on the appointment Stuart Bowden, chief executive of MEC said: "We couldn’t be happier that Claire is joining us and I’m sure she will help our stories and our client’s successes be even more widely heard."
Billings added: "I'm really looking forward to supporting the company's ambition to do great work, through inspiring ideas by focusing on its people and culture."
