Marketers, creatives and strategists looking to keep up-to-date with the latest news from Publicis Groupe at next week’s Cannes Lions festival can do so using its online aggregator.

The advertising network’s online tool, dubbed the “Cannes-gregator”, pulls in relevant social and online content to give people a flavour of its seminars and events without actually being there.

It’s split into four parts, covering the breadth and depth of what’s happening at the annual gathering of the advertising industry.

The Cannes Social Pulse will create a real-time feed of Twitter and Instagram posts about the Groupe’s activity around the event. The Cannes Radar is a collection of the most popular trending topics and news stories from the festival, while the Cannes Reader will group together all the stories about the advertising network. Finally, Awards Central will showcase all the network’s big wins in one place.

Publicis Groupe chief executive officer Maurice Levy will guest edit the Cannes special edition of The Drum next week, which will focus on the latest industry news and trends to emanate from Europe and the world.
