The appointment comes as RTO+P continues to grow and shift its focus from regional to national clients. The Philadelphia-based agency opened its California office a year and a half ago and since then has won accounts from Dockers, Kellogg’s Morningstar Farms, and The Honest Kitchen.

In this newly created role, Craven will help drive the agency into new sectors and broaden its offerings. She will also be tasked with developing strategies for the RTO&P brand including events, entertainment, products.

She will report to president and chief creative officer of RTO&P Steve Red and will be based in the agency’s Los Angeles office.

Of her appointment, Red said: “Hilary’s background in experiential marketing, entertainment and partnerships will be invaluable as we continue to expand our client offerings and make RTO+P an agency of influence,” said Red. “She has a run-and-gun creative energy that fits us perfectly and her connections across the worlds of media, music and entertainment will result in extraordinary things for both the agency and our clients.”

In her role at 72andSunny, Craven created communications and experiential strategies for brands including Google, PacSun, and Target. She also launched and managed the LA-based agency’s music discovery platform.

The agency’s clients include Under Armor, Planet Fitness, and Century 21.
