Vikki Hirst heads to Hull as Strawberry gain a new Creative Art Director
Creative agency Strawberry has appointed former Ogilvy & Mather and Intermarketing Agency creative Vicki Hirst as its new creative art director.
Hirst over 20 years’ industry experience, having worked at many of the UK’s top marketing companies including a stint at Ogilvy & Mather in London. She most recently worked at the award-winning Intermarketing Agency in Leeds as art director within the agency’s 90 strong team.
Vikki is originally from Hull and left the area in 1991 to study at the Newcastle College of Art and Technology. After graduating, she embarked upon a career in the creative industry working all over the UK. She decided to return to Hull after spotting Strawberry in the RAR Top 100.
Hirst said: “I’ve long been looking to come back to Hull as it’s still where my friends and family are, but the right opportunities were never there. I came across Strawberry through their national recognition in the Recommended Agency Register Top 100, which features the top agencies outside of London.
“Their creative offering is second to none, certainly equal to that of Leeds agencies, and I really feel my career can continue full steam ahead here.”
