Martin NY names its first ever ECD
Martin New York has named its first ever executive creative director (ECD), James Robinson.
Robinson was formerly the co-chief creative officer at 215 McCann where he helped the agency land many major clients including Pandora, Hulu, Annie’s Homegrown, and Workday.
“James is a huge addition to the agency’s creative leadership,” said Joe Alexander, Martin NY’s chief creative officer.
“I don’t know how many times I’ve seen his work for Xbox and said ‘Damn, I wish I’d done that.’ He has a proven track-record building a creative agency start–up. Oh, and he’s a pretty great guy, too.”
While at Martin, Robinson will work with a variety of different high-profile brands including Benjamin Moore, Discover, ExxonMobil and Geico.
