Endemol Shine UK has bolstered the digital team at its multi-channel network (MCN) ChannelFlip, as two of its directors are set to resign.

Jules Fuller, currently commercial executive producer at Endemol Shine, has been appointed creative director fresh from working on projects for the National Lottery and Doritos.

Caroline Reik, head of branded partnerships, has been promoted to director of branded content. Reik, who joined the group last year, will see her remit broaden to include developing linear and digital commercial content deals at both ChannelFlip and the brand's global premium digital network Endemol Beyond.

In addition Riyad Barmania has been promoted to content director, while the MCN's current creative director Jamie Lennox and commercial director Matt Rook will step down from their roles early in the summer.

ChannelFlip and Endemol Beyond will continue to operate separately.

Commenting on the changes, commercial director, Laurence Jones said: “Lennox and Rook have done a fantastic job helping shape ChannelFlip in their roles.

"They are leaving the business in great shape for Fuller and Reik, who have the commercial and production experience to step into these new roles as part of an enhanced digital offering.”

ChannelFlip comprises over 180 channels, and has over 20 million subscribers who generate around 85 million views per month. It was acquired by Shine in 2012, and is known for having made internet TV shows for stars including Harry Hill, Richard Hammond and David Mitchell.
