Music awarded Grand Prix, Chairman's Award and Agency of the Year at Roses Creative Awards

Music’s ‘An Extra Mile or Two’ for Photography by Anderson has scooped the Grand Prix prize at this year’s Roses Creative Awards in association with Melbourne, which took place at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel last night.

Music also picked up the Chairman’s Award, winning this time for Manchester Academy’s ’50 Things’ project, as well as the prestigious Agency of the Year accolade.

It was a good night for Edinburgh-based The Leith Agency taking home three Golds, five Silvers and two Bronzes for a number of clients including Irn Bru, ScotRail and the Scottish Government. Big Communications also bagged a healthy haul with one Gold, four Silvers and two Bronzes in categories such as Press Campaign, Press Advert and Art Direction amongst others.

BJL won two Golds – Online Video/Film/Viral Advert and Online Advert/Campaign – for its work with Ronseal and McCann Manchester was awarded two Golds and four Silvers mostly for its work with Aldi with the budget supermarket named Client of the Year.
