Branding agency Lambie Nairn has promoted Lisa Hill to the newly created role of managing director Northern Europe, marking a promotion from her current role of MD London.

Hill, who will continue to oversee the day-to-day management of the UK business, will now lead the agency through its next phase of growth as it looks to strengthen its position in Northern Europe, with a particular focus across its Munich and Prague offices.

The new role is part of a restructure as the former managing director in Munich recently left the agency to return to Australia, having been in London for 20 years.

Jim Prior, Chief executive of Lambie-Nairn, commented: “Lisa has played a critical role in building the Lambie-Nairn business and this appointment is a natural step to manage the ongoing growth at the agency. Her commitment and excellent leadership skills will help us serve our clients better across multiple markets and work together more closely as a global team.”

Hill joined the agency in 2009 having spent four years at global independent agency, Moving Brands.
