Sheba has rolled out a quirky twenty-second spot to promote its easy-to-serve ‘Perfect Portions Entrees’ cat food, which has been voted by the US Creative Department readers as Ad of the Week.

The ad brings to mind Rice Krispies’ iconic ‘Snap, Crackle, and Pop’ slogan, with Sheba employing the phrase ‘Snap, Peel, Slurp, Purr.’

No words are spoken throughout, but the sounds of meows, snaps, purrs and peels make for a lighthearted and catchy beat.

The ad was created by BBDO New York.
