Odeon appoints 101 to revitalise the cinema chain's creative output

Odeon Cinemas has appointed 101 as its creative agency.

The appointment sees 101 responsible for handling creative work for the cinema chain as it begins a period of brand revitalisation.

Andy Edge, commercial director at Odeon, said of the appointment: “101 have demonstrated a real understanding of our business, and have already shown incredible creative ambition as we enter this exciting phase.”

101 founding partner, Phil Rumbol, added: “Odeon is an iconic British entertainment brand waiting to be reborn. It is a privilege to be entrusted with this task.”

Odeon operates over 900 cinema screens in the UK and Ireland across 123 sites, the Group also runs over 2000 screens across Europe.
