E&J Gallo Winery has handed its media planning and buying to UM London.

The agency will be tasked with supporting national campaigns for the winery’s core brands, including Gallo Family Vineyards, Apothic Red, Dark Horse and New Amsterdam, for this year and beyond.

Olga Senkina, marketing director EMEA for E&J Gallo Winery, said: “We are firmly focused on continuing to grow our portfolio of brands. Our philosophy is to bring terrific quality wine and spirits to the market and offer consumers great value. We are very engaged with our target audience and are constantly seeking new and creative ways of communicating with them. We are very excited to be working with UM London, our new media partner”.

E&J Gallo is headquartered in Modesto, California but founded Gallo International as it expanded beyond the US in 1974, to include offices in Tokyo, London, Toronto, Mexico City and Frankfurt, as well as opening another US office in Miami.
