Dennis Quaid ‘freak out’ video revealed to have been staged
A viral video reportedly showing Hollywood star Dennis Quaid suffering an on-set meltdown has been confirmed as a hoax by Funny or Die, the comedy video website co-founded by Will Ferrell.
The original clip, which has racked up over 2m views, showed Quaid angrily ‘freaking out’ whilst filming before storming off set in a theatrical manner, all of which was handily caught on cameraphone.
Looking very much like a hoax Funny or Die have now confirmed as much, by posting the full video of the prank, complete with the group of actors who oiled the wheels.
