As a result of the coming together, Major Players, a UK recruitment agency for the creative, digital and marketing industries, will host events, contribute to newsletters and get involved in SheSays networking and mentoring, to support female talent.

Laura Bambach, co-founder and director of SheSays, commented: “Our partnership with Major Players allows us to make more of what we do here in London, and beyond. To grow our digital content capabilities; and to reach, support and inspire more women within the creative industries.

“It’s wonderful to be working with a company with such strong female leadership, who really understand our industry, and who have the energy to explore new horizons with us in SheSays founding city.”

Helen Stokes, managing director of Major Players, added: “I’m delighted Major Players are involved in this initiative as it’s a something I truly feel passionate about. I myself can relate to disparity of women in senior positions within recruitment, and have witnessed the shortfall of senior women in the creative space.

“Our consultants will be able to help support creative talent coming through with practical advice and tools to guide them in their career.”

This comes after SheSays rebooted its mentoring programme ‘Who’s Your Momma’ to mark International Women’s Day 8 March.
