iProspect has reshuffled its executive team with three new promotions in a bid to quicken the flow of ideas between itself and its sister agencies within the Dentsu Aegis Network UK.

Chris Whitelaw, iProspect chief executive, is taking up the same positions for sister Dentsu Aegis agencies Steak and 360i, reporting to Dentsu Aegies Network UK chief executive Tracy de Groose.

He will work closely with the former chief media officer of iProspect Matt Adams, who has become managing director. The appointment comes a year after he joined from media agency MEC.

Meanwhile Ben Sutherland has been promoted to the role of chief performance officer after joining the performance agency last January as its executive director. He will report to Adams, while Adams will report directly to Whitelaw.

All three roles have a UK remit and are effective immediately. The changes serve as a statement of intent for the holding group’s concerted push for search revenues across the region moving forward.

The newly created roles within the group aim to give greater prominence to the boutique offerings of both Steak and 360i, while easing the flow of best practice ideas between the three agencies.

The promotions cap off two strong years for iProspect that has seen it grow 30 per cent year-on-year since he joined April 2013. During this period, the agency’s efforts have garnered several accolades including last year’s Most Effective Digital Media Agency’ in The Drum’s Digital Trading Award’s (2014).
