AdColor awards to be held in New York as part of push to promote diversity in ad industry
This year’s AdColor conference and awards will be held in New York for the first time ever.
The awards event will honor people of color, or of the LGBT community who have been influential in the marketing, advertising, public relations, media and entertainment worlds.
Awards will be given out in seven different categories, including Rising Star, Change Agent, Rockstar, Innovator, Most Valuable Partnership, Creative and Ad of the Year.
Nominations for the awards will be accepted until May 1st and can be submitted on the AdColor website.
The conference will run from 16-19 September, with winners being announced at a ceremony on the last night.
