Pinterest has launched a new ‘Pin it’ button to make it easier for users to pin their favorite items. Now instead of needing four clicks to pin, users need only two.

In addition to reduction clicks required, the update allows users to pin anything they see on the internet that they may want to save for later.

“Now when you pin something you found out on the web, or you save a Pin on Pinterest, all it takes is a couple of clicks and it’s saved,” Cesar Isern, Pinterest project manager wrote in a blogpost. “It’s also easier than ever to find (or create) the board you want to save your pin on.”

The move is an indication of what Pinterest has been working on since acquiring Icebergs, a visual organization site.
