The acquisition was confirmed in a blogpost written by Refresh’s co-founder, Bhavin Shah.

“Our joint passion for delivering insights that help professionals be more productive is what makes joining LinkedIn so exciting,” Shah wrote. “Plus, LinkedIn gives us an opportunity to share insights with more than 347 million professionals across the globe.”

The three-year-old company is no longer accepting new members, and will officially shut down on April 15. Moving forward, Refresh employees will work solely to help LinkedIn improve its mission.

There has been no word on specific terms of the acquisition.
