Google and The Drum's Women in Search Initiative to find the most influential women working in the search sector is now open for public voting.

The top ten women from the public vote will advance to the final stage of the process, with the winner being honoured at The Drum's inaugural Search Awards later in the year.

The Drum, working in conjunction with Google, collected nominations for women who have made the most impact in the field. Those nominations have been whittled down to a 50-strong list including Rachael Fletcher, digital acquisition manager, Disney; Emily Van Lierop, group search director, iProspect, Katie Manser, search marketing manager, NowTV; Claudia Ziegenbein, head of paid search, MediaCom UK and Heledd Jones, head of search marketing, confused.com

You can view the full list of nominees and vote for an individual via the dedicated website here. Voting is open until 10 April.

The awards, sponsored by Google and Yahoo, will take place 9 June at the Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel. For more information visit The Drum Search Awards website.
