Global pizza chain Domino’s has launched “Pizza Legends” in the UK, a digital feature that allows users to choose a pizza base, sauce, and topping combination with a few extra magical ingredients thrown in.

Users can also create a story to go with their creation and share with friends online. The company is aiming to transform the personalisation process from “functional to fun.”

Simon Wallis, sales and marketing director at Domino’s, said: “Our customers love personalising their pizzas and adding an extra ingredient or two – and we wanted to make the experience of doing this online feel more personal to each and every individual customer.”

The platform will be an extension of the main Domino’s site. It will be supported by a nationwide TV and digital campaign.
