New-model law firm Keystone Law has launched an interactive careers portal, Law Set Free, targeting potential employees with messaging on the benefits of working for the ‘dispersed’ organisation.

Designed and built by Yoyo Design, the new site includes video testimonials from the management team and a unique ‘lifestyle calculator’, illustrating how work-life balance could be improved by Keystone’s progressive working practices.

Keystone Law managing director James Knight said: “We have seen a real surge in interest surrounding Keystone and its dispersed model. Now more than ever, we have the capacity to offer the right candidates a level of flexible working that is simply unparalleled. Our existing lawyers experience profound and tangible benefits from being part of the firm and the new Law Set Free portal is designed to help others appreciate exactly how these benefits could directly relate to them.”

Louisa Steward, head of delivery at Yoyo Design, said: “It was an interesting brief and we’ve delivered an creatively engaging website centred around the lifestyle calculator which showcases how a lawyer’s life could change if they joined Keystone Law. We spoke with their lawyers directly in order to fully understand all of the benefits on offer to them and this is reflected in the personal accounts and experiences contained on the site.”

Yoyo’s other clients include M&S, The Open University, Biffa, Freesat and JDO.
