The 2015 Super Bowl is just days away, and the advertising carnival already in full force, with major brands gearing up for another multimillion dollar bonanza. We speak to some of America's top creatives for their favourite Super Bowl adverts from over the years. Here is the turn of Droga5's senior copywriter, Ryan Raab.

Probably not the most original pick, but I think there's a reason it's so beloved. On a night that leans hard on celebrity cameos, CGI gimmicks and extremely broad humor, they went in a completely different direction. No '90s nostalgia, no pop songs, no talking puppies. Just brilliant strategy, flawlessly executed, with a razor-sharp script that didn't dumb things down for its audience. In trusting their instincts, they created pop culture (and sold a bunch of deodorant) while others merely drafted off it, and paved the way for brands like Newcastle in the process. Still my favorite.
