Hunters, the independent franchised estate agency group, has launched its first national TV commercial, with the ad appearing for the first time last night on More4 and 4OD.

Hunters expanded rapidly throughout 2014, opening 37 new branches to take the total number nationally to 127. With expansion set to continue at pace in 2015, the new ad, created by Chapter, emphasises Hunters’ understanding of the emotional connection we all have with our homes and how this heightens when we move. This is encapsulated by the brand promise: “Hunters – Here to get you there.”

Andy Bushell, sales director at Hunters , said: "It's been simply a phenomenal year; we have completed our best year in history in growing the estate agency network. The 37 new locations that opened as Hunters in 2014 stretch across the UK from North Shields in the northeast to Dawlish in the south and all areas in between.”

In 2014, acquisition and merger activity saw Hunters become one of the top six brands in the industry and the group now plans to have a network of more than 500 offices in five years’ time.
