Rapp has announced that managing partner Louise Jackson has been promoted to the newly created role of executive head of client services.

In the new role Jackson will provide client leadership across all of Rapp’s accounts to ensure that teams help clients to meet the demands of increasingly complex marketing objectives and deliver growth.

“Louise is an outstanding client services professional and continually succeeds in raising the bar in account management,” commented John Perkins, managing director of Rapp. “She is an incredibly strong account lead and we want all our client service teams to benefit from her expertise.”

Jackson added: “Our data, creative and media positioning puts us in an incredibly exciting place to deliver integrated solutions of any combination, depending on a client’s business issue. I am thrilled to bring my experience to help drive growth across all our clients by further raising the bar across account management at Rapp.”

Since joining Rapp in 2009 as marketing and sales director Jackson has been responsible for leading a number of successful new business pitches across Rapp’s creative, media and data agencies. Prior to joining Rapp Jackson served as marketing director at Forward Publishing and client services director at Carlson Marketing.

As executive head of client services all account leads at Rapp will have a dotted reporting line to Jackson to ensure they meet their goals.
