The Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) has teamed with new brand ambassador Novac Djokovic for a charity social media 'tennis rally' campaign.

Titled #rallyforgood the campaign invites people to share a photo or video of themselves on social media hitting a tennis ball, use the hashtag and then tag a friend for the rally to continue.

ANZ will then donate $2 for every 'shot' someone shares on their public social media profile, up to $100,000.

The money raised will go to local community programmes across across the Asia Pacific region, including Tennis Australia's Tennis Cares programme.

Joyce Phillips, ANZ group managing director, marketing and innovation and chief executive global wealth said: We're proud to be launching this new social media campaign which is about raising money for a good cause, but also encouraging people to get involved in the sport of tennis through having a rally on social media.

The campaign will be supported with TV, radio and digital media. It will run throughout the Australian Open, offically closing on 1 February.
