The Agency – a triple winner at the recent Drum Network Awards – has appointed Zane Radcliffe as its creative director.

Radcliffe, who co-founded Scottish agency Newhaven, will leave his current post at AVBrowne in Ireland to join the Bath-based independent in January.

Saman Mansourpour, managing director, The Agency, said: “We are delighted to welcome Zane into our fold. He has a tremendous reputation for developing ground-breaking campaigns and growing industry leading creative teams.”

Radcliffe said: “This is too good an opportunity to pass up. I’m joining The Agency at a time when our work and our people are winning national recognition. As a former agency owner I’m well versed in the challenges facing independents trying to successfully manage growth while building a formidable creative reputation. But this is the stuff that energises us and keeps the thinking fresh. I can’t wait to get stuck in.”

The Agency has recently topped the polls in the 2014 Drum Independent Agency Census and won three accolades at the Drum Network Awards, including Southern Marketing Business of the Year.
