Shoe retailer Dune London has partnered with End Youth Homelessness (EYH) to help the charity launch a national fundraising campaign Christmas in a Box.

The campaign will enable visitors to Dune London’s stores across the UK to purchase a flat pack festive box for £5, which when opened reveals a room decked out with stockings, a Christmas tree and a short message explaining the difference their donation will make to a young person’s life.

John Egan, chief executive of Dune London, said “It’s frightening to think that 15,000 young people face homelessness this Christmas. The very least they deserve is somewhere safe and warm from where they can plan for the future. Please pop in to Dune and support Christmas in a Box. Picking up a box will ensure EYH charities can give young people the support they need, wherever they are in the UK.”

EYH, a movement of charities and businesses, supports over 14,000 homeless young people across the UK each year.

It is hoped the Christmas in a Box campaign, created by Founded, will raise around £25,000 for the charity.
