Rapp promotes Mike Wells to digital director

Rapp has promoted Mike Wells to the newly created role of digital director charged with driving digital integration across the agency’s creative, media and data client base.

Wells has been with Rapp for six years and has been responsible for the running and growth of a number of key digital accounts.

Of the appointment, Rapp managing director John Perkins commented: “Mike has been spearheading innovative digital solutions for global clients across a number sectors and his commitment has delivered significant growth. This promotion and the creation of this new role is a reflection of this success.”

Wells added: “Our focus is helping our clients connect the disparate pieces of digital, together with data, to deliver effective customer experiences. This approach resonates with our clients and I am very excited about the future for RAPP in this space.”

During his time at Rapp Wells has led large-scale global projects including platform consolidations and CRM/behaviour support programs, as well as successful new business pitches for healthcare and consumer brands.
