BBH London has created a new senior management team and promoted creative director Caroline Pay to the role of deputy executive creative director (ECD).

Pay will join managing director Mel Exon, and joint chief strategy officers Jason Gonsalves and Jonathan Bottomley to focus on the day-to-day running of the agency, taking responsibility for product, people and innovation.

Chief executive Ben Fennell and ECD Nick Gill will continue to focus on senior clients and on diversifying and scaling BBH’s offering.

Fennell commented on the new structure: “This management team has a highly complementary set of skills, but a completely aligned vision for BBH. Mel, Caroline, Jason and Jonathan are all outstanding individual leaders, I am excited to see what they will achieve as a team.”

In the New Year BBH will also launch a video production business.
