Coca-Cola is getting into the Christmas spirit early by reimagining its classic ‘Holidays are Coming’ TV commercial together with a digital platform allowing people to send seasonal messages to friends and family.

This will see the famous Coca-Cola trucks hit streets around Britain to spread goodwill and fizzy juice, kicking off with a slot during this Saturday’s X Factor inspired by acts of kindness.

Digital greetings cards will also be made available to send personalised video messages to friends and family and a range of limited edition glass bottles produced for those seeking some handy stocking fillers.

Bobby Brittain, UK marketing strategy and activation director for Coca-Cola Great Britain said: "Coca-Cola has a long standing legacy of spreading festive cheer during this season and our much loved campaigns mark the unofficial countdown to Christmas. Our focus on acts of kindness remains true to the values of our Open Happiness™ global marketing campaign.

“This year our Christmas campaign will serve our fans with a more personalised brand experience than ever before.”

‘Give A Little Happiness’ was created by Ogilvy & Mather and shows people demonstrating acts of charity together with the ‘Make Someone Happy’ soundtrack by Jimmy Durante.
