The top ten Christmas ads of 2013 managed to rack up over 98 million views and six million shares between them, research by Unruly has found.

With the 2014 Christmas ads for brands such as Burberry and Debenhams already launching, take a look at the top ads from last year.

According to Unruly, the top three Christmas ads of 2013 are also the most shared Christmas ads of all time.

1. WestJet: “Christmas Miracle: real-time giving"

This ad has received 2,179,024 shares, from a whopping 36,470,636 views.

2. Kmart: “Show Your Joe”

The second more shared Christmas ad of 2013 (and all time) received 1,820,570 shares, following 18,139,348 views.

3. John Lewis: “The Bear & The Hare”

The John Lewis ad received 1,165,744 shares, having racked up 13,096,555 views.

4. NBA: “Jingle Hoops”

This ad clocked up 550,608 shares, following 11,302,882 views.

5. Friskies: “Grumpy Cat Stars in Hard To Be a Cat at Christmas Music Video"

This celebrity-cat filled ad received 330,812 shares, with 3,089,688 views.

6. ABS-CBN: “Magkasama Tayo Sa Kwento Ng Pasko”

This Christmas creative was shared 176,227 time, have received 3,440,624 views.

7. Cartier: “Winter Tale”

Cartier racked up 121,134 shares for its Christmas offering, with 8,678,167 views.

8. Three: “The Pony at Christmas #DancePonyDance”

This Christmas themed version of the Three ad racked up 107,102 shares, having been viewed 1,545,518 times.

9. eBay: “Pony”

Another pony (but not a nice one) is the star of the eBay ad which was shared 92,866 times and saw 862,976 views.

10. Eden: “#DamangDama”

Last but not least, Eden's ad received 78,886 shares and 1,389,583 views.
