Jam has appointed Sean Chambers as executive creative director, replacing Wayne Deakin, who left Jam in April.

Chambers was previously vice president and ECD at Razorfish until March 2014, having left the agency to create an interactive documentary about the unemployed.

Having joined the Razorfish originally as a freelance creative director, he since worked on the successful Axe Anarchy campaign.

Jam has confirmed the appointment of Chambers to The Drum, which comes after several people have left the company in the past year: including Deakin who left to pursue other interests and head of mobile Dan Beasley, who is set to step down at the end of 2014 to start his own agency.

Jam has performed well in terms of awards over the past year, having scooped Grand Prix at the Dadi Awards.

Jam is part of the Engine Group, which was recently acquired by Lake Capital.
