Hornall Anderson has opened a New York studio to enhance its offering for clients such as Madison Square Garden, General Electric, Empire State Building and Ocean Spray.

The design firm, which already holds offices in Seattle and the UK, has brought aboard Kathy Soranno to lead the New York studio as managing director and executive creative director.

Soranno and her team will work directly with Hornall Anderson’s Seattle and UK offices, but will have the capability to scale to global branding projects directly from New York as well.

“Kathy’s drive for success, her passion to do and be better, her spirit and style are true to all that’s made Hornall Anderson great, and key to fueling our achievements moving forward,” said John Anicker, Hornall Anderson’s president and chief executive.

“She will lead a studio that is intimate in its scale, but global in its impact, and will reveal new ideas and forge new answers for our clients in New York and beyond.”

Other international clients from Hornall Anderson include PepsiCo, Unilever, Starbucks and Aryzta.
