Estate agents franchise Hunters appoints Chapter as lead creative agency

Hunters, the UK’s largest estate agents franchise, has appointed Chapter as its lead creative agency.

Activity will include a strategic repositioning of the brand, together with a national advertising campaign and local tactical communications.

Pernilla Tweddle, head of marketing at Hunters, said: “Our ambition is to make Hunters the UK’s favourite estate agent brand. Chapter invested time up front getting to know us and their strategy and creative ideas are absolutely spot on.”

Based in the West Midlands, Chapter’s clients include Virgin Trains, Yardley and Nissan.
