CTI Digital has bolstered its senior management team with the appointment of Ian Cassidy as the agency’s new head of Magento.

Cassidy joins the CTI Digital team after three years working for mobile phone retailer, Phones4U, where he played a vital role in helping to migrate the company’s legacy systems to a new digital platform, the biggest digital transformation in the company’s history.

The announcement comes at a time of accelerated growth at CTI Digital as agency prepares to upgrade to a new head office in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.

Nick Rhind, chief executive officer of CTI Digital, said; “Ian’s appointment reaffirms our commitment to ensuring we maintain our reputation as the go-to agency for open source development projects.

“It’s important to introduce new ways of thinking to the team and Ian’s vast experience will play an important role in helping to enhance our ecommerce projects.”

Established in 2003, CTI Digital’s clients include the British Council, London Gatwick, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Manchester Central, Mercuri International and Travelodge.
