Northern & Shell, Vice and Shortlist Media among 12 publishers to work with PubMatic on programmatic strategies

The Economist, ESI Media, Northern & Shell and Vice are amongst the 12 publishers in the UK who have signed up to use PubMatic’s advertising platform.

PubMatic has also announced a string of senior roles, growing its EMEA team to over 35 employees in four markets.

John Stoneman has been promoted from senior advertising solutions director, international, to the role of vice-president EMEA.

Meanwhile former Independent News & Media managing director of digital, Bill Swanson, has taken on the newly created role of country manager, UK.

Frederick Leuschner, formerly of Google and Microsoft, has joined as business development director, EMEA, and Daniel Wilson, previously at Amobee and EE, has been named senior director mobile and video and the role of senior marketing director, international, has been awarded to Emma Newman, who has spent time with Microsoft, AOL and Clear Channel.

Other publishers using the platform include Haymarket, Local World, Shortlist Media, Coull, TalkSport Radio, TV Guide UK, Press Holdings Media Group (including The Spectator) and Contented Group.
