Aanya Luxora names Sedley Place agency of record for Ensaara Metropark development

Indian housing developer Aanya Luxora has appointed Sedley Place as lead branding and communications agency for the Ensaara Metropark development.

The appointment sees Sedley Place working closely with Aanya Luxora’s advertising agency, Tugboat, digital shop, Studio High and Orion PR to work as brand guardian ensuring consistency across all communications channels.

The news follows Sedley Place’s work on the Ensaara Park launch identity in 2013 which included on and off-line marcoms, sales office interiors and show suites.

Deepak Vasandani, director at Aanya Luxora, said the Sedley Place’s work last year had “cemented our trust in the agency’s ability to understand our market and our needs” and that “consistency of brand portrayal and messaging is now key to our overall marketing plans”.
