Reebok UK has appointed recently-founded R1 Digital Media to drive online promotion of the brand’s new look, with the aim of increasing traffic and boosting online and offline sales.

Launched in April, Cheshire based R1 Digital has created a range of “content focused experiences” designed to increase real-world footfall into Reebok stores and their motivational FitHubs.

R1 Digital will be responsible for the UAT testing of the website, as well as designing email marketing templates and FitHub landing pages.

The agency has also created online advertising for Reebok UK’s Sports Relief campaigns and has regular contact with global Reebok teams in the USA and Germany, as part of its remit to add and update information on Reebok’s FitHub events here in the UK.

R1 Digital’s managing director, Fiona Ridgway, said: “We are delighted to be working with Reebok on building their digital presence within the UK. It’s been a really exciting project for the team as we’ve been able to see the impact of our work on Reebok’s digital strategy. Our combined efforts have resulted in increased footfall in Reebok stores and FitHubs and greater brand awareness through the impressive multi-channel campaigns.”

The agency will continue to work with Reebok UK and their global team on a variety of upcoming projects.
