IPC Media will undergo a rebrand by parent company Time Inc. to become Time Inc. UK, the company has announced.

Time Inc. UK CEO: Marcus Rich

According to Time Inc. chairman and CEO Joe Ripp, the move will allow the company to better leverage its global presence. IPC Media counts more than 60 brands among its portfolio, including Country Life, What’s on TV and Woman.

“Our prime focus is growing our core assets in the UK and UK,” Ripp said. “We already hold leadership positions in both regions and this move will help us better leverage our global portfolio with key audiences and foster greater collaboration throughout the organisation.

“We have an enormous depth of expertise across Time Inc. and we are committed to bringing it to bear as a unified company with a single corporate brand.”

Marcus Rich, Time Inc. UK CEO, added: “We are proud of what we have achieved at IPC over many years and we are excited to extend that success as a more integrated part of Time Inc.

“We firmly believe our business partners will benefit from the strategic clarity that comes from one company brand and we are looking forward to exploring new opportunities as Time Inc. UK.”

IPC will change its legal name to Time Inc. (UK) Ltd as part of the rebrand.
