The Invictus Games, an international sporting event for wounded, injured and sick service men and women, has engaged BBH London to create an advertising campaign to raise awareness of the Games and their importance.

Taking place at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park this month (September) the Games use sport as a way to inspire recovery and support the rehabilitation of service men and women as well as generating a wider understanding and respect for those who serve their country.

The BBH-created film tells the story of Lance Corporal Derek Derenalagi and his recovery from a double leg amputation.

After debuting on Channel 4, the film will now run in donated media on TV and online.
