Kenyon Fraser acquires ad design firm Gavin and Page

Liverpool marketing and communications agency Kenyon Fraser has strengthened its creative offer with the acquisition of design firm Gavin and Page into the business.

Three staff have moved over from Gavin and Page taking with it clients including Enersys, DFSK, CCI plus NHS and other public sector organisations.

Gavin and Page, which has been producing creative design for advertising, print, display and exhibition materials since 1981, said it wanted to support its clients with a greater range of services.

Ben O’Brien, chief executive of Kenyon Fraser commented: “We’re rapidly growing our creative design team and strengthening our position as one of the biggest integrated agencies in the region, so it’s a good time for us to be adding to our business.

“We are delighted to welcome Gavin and Page into the Kenyon Fraser family and look forward to building on the company’s legacy with its clients.”

Clients at Kenyon Fraser include Kellogg’s, Merseytravel, Ramada and Everton Football Club.

Details of the deal were not disclosed.
