Simon Cohen, founder of ethical PR firm Global Tolerance, is enjoying life away from the coal face after handing his £1m agency over to two female co-executives.

Noa Gafni, former digital strategist for the World Economic Forum and Rosie Warin, director at Foster Communications, have taken the hot seat after winning the role in a competition that attracted entrants from over 30 countries.

Between them thy now own 95 per cent of the company’s shares and are £10k richer having assumed control of all the company’s assets; including offices in both London and New York.

The pair will now oversee all day-to-day decision making at the company whilst undertaking public relations and marketing strategies for social, religious and ethical causes.

Cohen, who founded the business 11 years ago, decided to ditch the rat race in order to spend more time with his family in Cornwall, although he will retain a 5 per cent stake in the company and an advisory position during the transition.

Cohen said: “Simon Commented: “In Noa and Rosie, I have found two amazing leaders, two inspirational ladies who permeate the values of Global Tolerance. I’m excited to see the direction they take the company in.”
