Dare has announced that Brian Cooper and Flo Heiss are rejoining the company, days after chief creative officer Sean Thompson revealed his plans to leave.

Cooper and Heiss will work with creative director Vassilios Alexiou, both as creative partners, with Cooper set to lead the department.

Leigh Thomas, Dare’s chief executive, said of the appointments: “We’re thrilled to announce this new creative collaboration that embodies not only an exciting combination of talent and skills, but a new way of working. It’s an opportunity for us to refocus our creative product, and respond to the needs of our clients.’

Heiss returns to the agency – which counts Enterprise and the Post Office among its clients – after launching his own creative ideas company, Studio Heiss.

Cooper has worked at Apple as head of creative and strategy at iAd, and has also worked at Ogilvy as executive creative director, as well as BBH and Mother.
