Audemars Piguet brings in PHD to handle UK media business

Luxury watch brand Audemars Piguet has brought in PHD to manage its on and offline media planning and buying in the UK.

The Omnicom shop is set to begin work on the acount immediately and will be led by PHD business director Joanna Williams.

Maria Santillana, marketing manager at Audemars Piguet said that PHD was "the perfect partner to support and deliver its communication strategy in the UK.”

Audemars Piguet declined to comment on the value of the account.

The appointment comes following the brand's ‘Defining Moments’ campaign - a series of films which profiled the likes of Lionel Messi, Le Bron James, Sachin Tendulkar and Michael Schumaker.
