The Mission Group's April Six acquires Proof Communicaion

The Mission Marketing Group has announced the acquisition of specialist PR agency, Proof Communication.

The acquisition of the London-based agency, which has expertise in science, engineering and technology PR, has been described by the new owning company as ‘not substantial’ although the board does expect it to make a ‘positive contribution’ to the group’s current and upcoming financial year, it has said.

David Morgan, executive chairman of the Mission Group, said: "We are delighted to welcome another high quality business into The Mission family. Proof is an excellent complement to our existing technology offering and we look forward to developing our capabilities further. "

The agency will become part of technology agency, April Six.
