HM Revenue & Customs appoints Manning Gottlieb OMD for communications planning

HM Revenue & Customs has awarded its communications planning account to Manning Gottlieb OMD.

Manning Gottlieb OMD won the account following a pitch process through the Crown Commercial Service framework and has been tasked with providing communications planning support across the whole of HMRC.

Katrina Bozicevich, client business director at Manning Gottlieb OMD said: “We strongly believe that the diverse portfolio of successful campaigns run out of HM Revenue & Customs are of significant importance in the current economic environment. We are thrilled to have been chosen to work in partnership with the team to build on this success in the new government communications landscape.”

Media activity also includes education on new legislation and services, with a key focus on continuing to improve engagement with both the self assessment and tax credit deadlines.
