Retail and brand consultancy firm Fitch has expanded its creative division with five promotions, elevating Alasdair Lennox to the newly created role of executive creative director to lead the new team.

Alasdair Lennox will lead the new team

He will set the strategic creative direction for the four studios and lead an international team of creative and design directors.

Lennox, who joined the agency as a junior environmental designer in the early 1990s, has won numerous industry awards including ‘EuroBest’ and ‘DBA Design Effectiveness’ and has worked with clients such as Adidas, Vodafone, Diageo, UBS and Apple.

Fitch has also promoted Phil Heys and John Regan from design directors to creative directors. They will report to Lennox and take responsibility for the creative output of the London studio. Additionally, Anna Chimes and Paul Chatalier have been promoted from associate design directors to design directors.

David Blair, managing director for EMEA at Fitch, said: “Over the past couple of years, Alasdair, Phil, John, Anna and Paul have been diligently and brilliantly raising our creative output and I’m thrilled that we’ve been able to recognise their achievements with these promotions.”

This comes after an exciting and busy year for Fitch following its part Adidas’ ‘All in or Nothing’ World Cup 2014 campaign.
