The Drum's Shockumentary is coming – and you could be at the premiere.

On 31 July we will be unleashing our short film about shock advertising into the wild at a special screening at the Framestore Theatre in London.

The film sets out to determine whether shock tactics have a place in modern marketing and looks at the profound impact boundary-pushing advertising can have at its best.

The film features the likes of Brewdog, Peta and Death Cigarettes explaining why they take a provocative approach to promoting their brands and causes.

After the screening The Drum will host a panel discussion with some of the film's stars, including Death Cigarettes' BJ Cunningham and former Leo Burnett creative director John Jessup, to discuss further the issues it raises.

The event will begin at 6pm at Framestore Theatre on 31 July. Places are extremely limited, but if you are interested in coming along email camilla.calvert@thedrum.com for more details.
