Digital agency iProspect has appointed CJ Morley as director of global talent and development and Shenda Loughnane as global strategy director amid an expansion into the Baltics and Romania.

Appointments: Morley and Loughnane take on senior roles

Prior to iProspect, Morley worked with Harvard Business Publishing as a digital learning specialist and before that spent 15 years working on people development for fashion and magazine brands.

Loughnane has been with iProspect since 2013 and had a stint at Aegis Ireland before that as head of digital.

Ben Wood, global president at iProspect, said: “CJ is tasked with building a people centric approach that will continue to ensure we attract, retain and develop the very best, whilst Shenda will bring a new consumer centric approach to the heart of the business. It’s incredibly exciting to have them on board during a period of substantial global business growth.”

The company will drive its expansion in the Baltics and Romania from an office in Lithuania and will work with teams in Estonia and Latvia.
