Havas EHS appoints Mark Taylor as Fulcrm MD

Havas EHS has appointed Mark Taylor, previously Razorfish’s VP of consumer insights and lead on solutions strategy, as managing director for Fulcrm.

Taylor will head up the system for data-driven marketing, with the aim to evolve the underlying technology partnerships, processes and skills.

He said: “With data now fuelling everything a marketer does, utilising your own customer data - and activating it in a smart way - is now more valuable than ever. Havas EHS has a long standing heritage in managing customer data and is leading the way in using this to produce next-phase CRM to its clients — real time two-way conversations between brands and people. I look forward to continuing this journey with the agency.”

The newly created role comes as Havas EHS continues to develop its Fulcrm proposition of real-time engagement by unifying creative, data and digital to create seamlessly integrated campaigns for clients.

Tash Whitmey, group CEO of Havas EHS UK, added: “He will play a critical role in evolving our Fulcrm offering to lead clients to a more sophisticated way of communicating in real-time with customers.
