‘Little Birdy’ reputation management software to take flight at CIM Northern Conference
The CIM Northern Conference, to be held in Liverpool on 19-20 June, will include the first public demonstrations of Little Birdy, a reputation management software tool developed by online marketing agency Hit Search.
Borne out of a partnership with Liverpool University, the brand tracking tool was developed over two years.
Andrew Redfern, director at Hit Search: “As social media platforms, bloggers, review sites and User Generated Content (UGC) have become respected information sources on brands, reputation management has, in turn, become a full time job for businesses. Little Birdy collects unlimited mentions of your brand and arranges them using sentiment analysis, presenting a comprehensive list to the user.”
Little Birdy is available via subscription and has launched with a 30 day free trial.
